Making Ephedra Tea

How to make a hot water extraction of herbal ephedra.

1. Take approximately 3-4 grams of dried stems and gently rinse in water.
2. Place stems in 2 cups of fresh water.
3. Boil material for approximately 5 mins until the contents are extracted or the volume of water is reduced to 1 cup.
4. The final product will have a light, rosy smell with a pinkish - brown color.
5. Add honey and enjoy Nature's brilliance.
