Ephedra: Medicinal properties and uses

Ephedra is an herbal stimulant and thermogenic substance that significantly increases weight-loss, boosts metabolism, reduces appetite and cleanses the blood. Ephedra is also a strong sexual stimulant, possess anti-viral properties and has been used for at least 5,000 years in Chinese Medicine.   1. Some good info here, You forgot to mention Ephedra is a strong Bronchial dilator. Also, I think its use as an anti-viral will start to see some momentum in the herbal community. Strong action observed with H1N1.
